Our company, a standout performer within the Information, Communication & Technology industry, is seeking a highly skilled, business-minded, experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Total Rewards and People Analytics in Market Area North East Asia (MNEA). As the SME of Total Rewards and People Analytics, you will work with MNEA business leaders, other SMEs and People colleagues to deliver analytic solutions and contribute to the design, implementation, delivery, and communication of our pay for impact related programs and initiatives. This SME is part of our inclusive team, collaborating, learning and co-creating with analysts and leaders in the field to deploy coordinated People solutions that directly benefit the business.

 

This role will direct-line report to Head of Total Rewards MNEA, and dot-line report to Head of People Analytics MNEA. The location is Beijing, China.

What you will do Drive local market benchmarking in alignment with Ericsson’s total rewards strategy and local market talent needs.Proactively conduct data analysis to identify business or people-related issues/potential risks to support continuous improvement.Prototype Total Rewards and analytics solutions using agile ways of working with best-fit technologies, build dashboards and reports via BI tools (e.g. PowerBI) to track, manage, and provide visualizing analytical insights.Support the workforce planning, Total Rewards regular activities, e.g. HC planning and regular review, annual salary review, the annual variable incentive process…Maintain local compensation and benefits policies and guidelines.Maintain a working knowledge of local legislation effecting compensation programs.Provide total rewards support and analysis for M&A activities, assist in program analysis, implementation and training of workforce management and Total Rewards programs.Work with the other SMEs and the rest of the People community to ensure the identification of compliance risks, participating and performing Anti bribery and corruption controls. Help implement the relevant compliance programs.Work with HR IT and other stakeholders to secure that the HR Information System and connected modules provide the right level of accuracy and transparency to data and analytics across the organization.You will bring A minimum of 5 years of compensation and benefits experience. 2 years working experience in consulting firm is preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of grading systems underpinned by either Willis Towers Watson and/or Mercer, and hands-on-experience conducting job analysis and evaluation.Demonstrated knowledge of local legislation effecting compensation programs across North East Asia, understanding of total rewards trends and practices, particularly in North East Asia.Excellent analytical skills with expert-level ability using Microsoft Excel.Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to interface with all levels within an organization.Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity among South Korea, Japan, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and contribute to team projects.It is beneficial if you have experience of working with Success factors.
