Position Overview:
This role will report directly to the Head of Sales and Growth in the Midwest Region and serve as an extension to the Sales Professional Leadership Team, providing support to the Sales Professionals and related departments through a variety of responsibilities that ensure sales and lead generation objectives specific to the Total Client are being attained. The Director -Practice Leader, Total Solutions supports functions essential to department new revenue acquisition within the strategic alliance channels, i.e. Medicare and non-insurance services. These include planning, training, educating, and sales program administration.
Responsibilities:
Execute Total Client Solution initiatives that support organic growth and retention goals.
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets through the Total Client initiative.
Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance. Prepares and presents reports, makes recommendations based on analysis.
Sales tool management: Manage sales tools, ensuring the team has the necessary resources for success for the Total Client Solution services.
Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials specific to the strategic alliances.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate sales team performance within the strategic alliances.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments to improve coordination.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall sales operations of the Midwest in conjunction with other Sales leaders.

Requirements:
Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
Effective communication skills
Strong presentation skills (In-person or virtual training and development)
Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook , strong knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Demonstrated ability to manage analytical initiatives.
Ability to follow a structured sales methodology as well as meet/exceed sales goals.
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, innovative attitude
Ability to frequently handle pressures related to meeting deadlines and working on projects requiring concentration and attention to detail.
Comfortable practicing independent judgement and taking initiative, keeping projects moving forward and on track with pace of the business.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, or equitable experience
Knowledge of principles of the insurance industries with a minimum 10 years of technical insurance experience
Property & Casualty license preferred
Minimum 5 years successfully leading a team
Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems
