Over two exciting years, you will rotate across four departments, where you will quickly understand how we operate as a company and gain a wide-ranging appreciation of our key functions preparing you to grow your career within the Trading business units.The rotations will take place in key trading support functions: Middle Office, Trading Operations and Market Analysis.The fourth rotation will be defined based on individual capabilities as well as business needs. It may include Credit Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Shipping, Digital Lab etc…As part of the program, subject to performance, one of the rotations will be completed in the Geneva Trading Headquarters where you will develop your intercultural communication skills!

The four rotations will consist of a blend of Trading & Shipping (crude oil, oil products including biofuels) and Gas & Power Trading (mainly gas, LNG and power) assignments. This is undeniably a unique opportunity to experience an enriching multi-energies journey!

Our program will be engaging and intense. In addition to usual business activities, we are offering a comprehensive training program including:

•    on-the-job as well as online trainings and a dedicated training path

Who do we look for?

Masters degree preferred, Bachelors Degree minimum, in relevant fields: Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Energy, Business, Data ScienceGraduation 2024 or 2025, 3.5 minimum GPA, preferredYou have some international experience, for example you studied a semester abroad, you worked as an intern or volunteered in another country than the one you are originally fromStanding together is one of our key values so it is essential that you demonstrate a good team spiritYou are a forward-thinking and performance driven person with excellent interpersonal skills showing assertiveness, confidence and resilience and you have the ability to operate autonomouslyInnovation being at the heart of our DNA we hope to welcome people with an entrepreneurial and agile mind-set with excellent communication skillsMost importantly, you have a strong interest for commodity trading and you are eager to widen your knowledge during this 2-year journey.You thrive in changing environments and you can deal with uncertainty or fast evolving situationsYou are fluent in English and globally mobile.You may be expected to develop new tools to secure and optimize existing processes and build new reports adapting to the business as it evolves. What’s next?

Applications will remain open until December 20, 2024. Should you be selected for Round 1, you will then be notified early January 2025 and no later than January, 31, 2025The interview process will involve up to 4 rounds and it will be a mix of remote and onsite sessions (HR online interview, sessions with our Managers and Traders including a case study and an assessment with our senior leaders). More details will be provided in due course!Successful applicants will join the program on October 1, 2025. There will be an option to begin after graduation and discover a trading activity not included in the rotations.
