Responsibilities:

Solders to IPC-610/620 and J-STD-001 workmanship criteria (Class II & Class III)Solders electronic components/wires to circuit boardPerform rework to IPC-7711 & 7721 standardsAssembles small wires to and/or screw in hardware to circuit board assembliesParticipates in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvementEnsures work area is kept clean and safety rules are followedPerform other reasonable duties as assignedRegular attendance

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience soldering fine-pitched parts preferred

High School

Ability to orally communicate well with management/peersAbility to identify components and component valuesAbility to follow work instructionsAbility to follow direction from managementSolders to J-STD-001 Class II and IIIReworks to IPC-7711 & 7721Ability to work well independently and within a teamAbility to learn through shadowing and following documented proceduresStrong computer proficiency: ability to learn and use ERP system

Role qualifications:

Must be able to solder to J-STD-001 Class II and IIIMust be able to perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and dexterityMust be able to read and interpret industry standards, engineering drawings and specificationsMust have basic computer proficiency

Education:
A high school diploma/equivalent with minimum 4 years soldering/rework soldering experience to J-STD-001 Class II and III or 7+ years of soldering/rework soldering experience.
