As Jackson’s largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals. Overview We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Adventure Center team as a Tour Guide for the weekends - Friday, Saturday's and Sunday's. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they embark on a Jackson adventure. You will serve as source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property. Qualifications Lead tours with enthusiasm and energy. Identify the wildlife, while sharing knowledge of flora and fauna, geology, history, and conservation efforts of the region. Prepare tour materials, including assembling food and drinks, materials, optics equipment, safety equipment etc. Follow all safety guidelines and ensuring guests remain in control and compliance with all agreed upon requirements from Snow King Resort and National Park Services. Record and report any unusual incidents or violations of safety guidelines. Work in coordination with Adventure Center in smooth transition of receiving and handing of guests prior to and after tour. Strong ability to work well with a variety of clients including children, families, and other clients with specific requirements. Maintain tour vehicles, including inspection of vehicles, periodic fluid checks, maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior, and reporting any issues to be addressed. "Be the difference" with all guest and employees and do more than just “the norm". Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $200.00/Da. - $400.00/Da. based on qualifications and experience.
