Job Title: Tour Representative I - Scotty Cameron
Salary Range: $78,000 – $97,000.00 /annual; plus, bonus eligibility
Summary: Promote Scotty Cameron products at professional & amateur golf events by providing education on performance aspects and technologies. Perform premier fitting of products and the highest levels. Conduct fittings and modify products to specific specifications in mobile and CA based facilities.
Responsibilities:
Execute advanced fittings at Putter Studio, Gallery, and TPI for elite players communicating process and product benefits to players and coaches. Perform fittings, product recommendations, and product modifications at professional and amateur golf events at a premiere level. Order, Build putters, maintain specs, perform custom tasks, report trend analytics, as well as operational efficiency opportunities based on tour behaviors and trends. Manage communication of tour efforts and trends to the R&D team. Coordinating communications from World Wide Tours and Reps creating stakeholder engagement in the development of new putter lines for sales and promotions. Working toward continuous improvement in prototypes and inline products. Develop future putter fittings systems with the assistance of the Scotty Cameron Directors, R&D, and other resources. This includes development of process, training, and roll out.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Golf Industry. A minimum of 3 years must be working on/with Tour Players in the fitting and development of equipment. The Representative will be at an event not later than 8:00 am each Monday and requires that their presence is maintained throughout all the practice rounds and through the final day before the first round of official play begins. The Representative will be required to be at a minimum number of schedule events which translates to being on the road approximately 25 weeks of the year. The job requires standing an average of 8 hours a day and lifting a minimum of 40 pounds.How To Apply:
