Tow Lot Attendant
**Job Title: Tow Lot Attendant** **Location: Milwaukee, WI** **Pay Range: $17.50** **Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday) 8:30am - 1:30pm (Every Saturday)** **This position will last for approximately 3 months** **What’s the Job?** Max of 5 + Record and process towing and tow tracking information through the use of a computer. + Receive radio requests for towing services and respond to inquiries from citizens pertaining to towed vehicles. + Identify owners of towed vehicles and assist with processing placards for the subsequent towing of abandoned vehicles. + Provide citizens with information on towing policies and the reporting of stolen vehicles. + Dispatch Parking Enforcement Officers to respond to complaints and respond to Parking Enforcement Officers and MPD inquiries. **What’s Needed?** Max of 5 + Graduation from high school or GED equivalent. + General computer and keyboard competence. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Knowledge of software applications (i.e. PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, and database programs). + Knowledge of city streets, locations, and boundaries. + The ability to communicate clearly and understandably by radio and telephone. + The ability to deal tactfully with a variety of people under various conditions. + Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask. **What’s in it for me?** Max of 5 + Free training to upgrade your skills, including a free college tuition program. + Medical, dental, vision, and 401k. + Weekly pay with direct deposit. + 24/7 Manpower customer care support. + Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals. + Voted #1 best places to work by Glassdoor 2021.
