Join the Wireless Division as a Tower Technician and work with a great team! We are recruiting Tower Technicians at all experience levels. We have the work and we need you to join the team!
ResponsibilitiesClimb daily to heights up to 1000 ft.Perform installation of antennas, mounts, cable ladders, cable, etc.Assist in testing of sites.Participate in new tower construction.Perform routine and special circumstance tower maintenance.Assist in troubleshooting a variety of systems from cell sites to lighting systems.Essential SkillsComfortable with high heightsComfortable with travelingNo problem with working outdoors and non-climate controlled environmentExperience as a Tower Technician/Tower Climber, Splicing, Installations, Tower MaintenanceMechanically inclinedAble to communicate effectively with co-workers and customersMust be willing to travel up to 2 weeks at a time and able to work within a non-structured schedule i.e. long hours, some weekends, etc.Additional Skills & QualificationsCellular Tower/Broadcast Tower construction and maintenance experience a plusGeneral tower safety knowledge and ability to utilize 100% tie-off techniques at all timesBoom Truck certifications a plusRigging experience a plusWhy Work Here?
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and HSA. We also provide a 401k plan and PTO eligibility after 90 days of employment. On-call opportunities typically occur every 3rd to 4th week, with a $100 gift card issued for call outs from 6pm - 6am. Night premiums and travel per diems are also available.
Work Environment
This position requires working outside in a weather-dependent environment. You must be comfortable with heights, traveling, and working in non-climate controlled conditions. The role may involve long hours and some weekends.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00
Direct Placement/Direct Hire Position. Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, etc. 401k - 4% Employer Match. PTO (eligible after 90 days of employment). Vacation – Increases annually. 7 Paid Holidays.

This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis,IN.
