TOWN CLINICIAN Pay Rate $30.00 per hour Commensurate with experience & licensure Who You Are: + Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field required. + Must be license eligible. + Minimum of three years of clinical experience. + Experience working with youth and families. + Experience with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Strong knowledge of youth and adult serving systems. + Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. + Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings as needed. + Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation. What You Will Do: + Assessment and Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and provide consultation to clients and their families. + Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities. + Provide both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate diverse needs and preferences to Individuals aged 5 and above. + Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support and intervention during mental health crises. + Specialty Services: Demonstrate clinical experience in areas such as social anxiety, depression, family dysfunction/conflict, grief, loss, and relationship issues. + Collaboration with onsite clinicians to see individuals on an urgent basis as needed. + Make referrals as appropriate to provide access to psychopharmacology, psychological testing, day programs, emergency assessments, and other clinical services as appropriate. + Meeting Attendance: Attend Town Staff Meetings and Edinburg Outpatient Staff Meetings. + Attend professional development training when appropriate. + Reporting & Documentation: Document progress notes for all sessions in the Electronic Health Record System.
