Job Description:

On this team, we are responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Toxic Gas Monitoring (TGM) equipment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. You will work closely with the Emergency Response Team during alarm events, providing critical support and expertise. Responsibilities:Complete all mandatory safety training and adhere to Micron safety policies in all work activities.Stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or behaviors are observed.Conduct and review job hazard analyses for tasks being performed.Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and chemical safety.Promptly address safety and quality issues and collaborate with team members for resolution.Actively participate in the EHS program by reporting concerns within 24 hours.Perform and facilitate audits, submitting good catches.Consistently wear appropriate PPE.Proactively find opportunities to reduce potential health and environmental hazards.Use accurate lifting techniques and maintain ergonomic practices.Follow change management procedures to ensure safety and quality.Drive quality improvement initiatives to minimize Fab impacts, improve efficiency, and identify cost savings.Operate and maintain equipment and tools according to guidelines to ensure safety and quality.Ensure area-specific procedures and documents are up-to-date and submit updates as needed.Follow business processes for maintaining, installing, modifying, or removing facilities equipment.Identify and resolve chronic equipment alarm issues.Identify and reduce equipment defects.Drive a culture of TPM, including metrics, CIP items, MTAGs, and procedures.Assist with installation, modification, and removal of facilities equipment.The capability to address emergencies and adhere to respirator regulations.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum is High school diploma2-3 year technical proficiency with TGM equipment2-3 year experience with safety protocols and regulatory compliance1 year hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of TGM equipment. ​Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s DegreeExperience in a similar role within the semiconductor industry or a related field
