Responsibilities: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Requirements: Prior experience in automotive sales management Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Benefits:
