This position works at Istanbul location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
What You’ll Do
Support the completion of CDA, MSA, L&A and related agreements models or types to finalize the business flow.Participate in face-to-face Business Review meetings and follow up the related actions.Create alternate strategy in case of conflicts among project team members and elevate, if necessary, in order to resolve conflicts.Organize and lead routine project meetings and within the affiliate to follow up the project actions and keep the team updated.Coordinate the related departments to explore/communicate to define financial structure of the new projects and prepare the BC activities and present to the management.Support any distribution, in-licensing or acquisition projects by participating Due Diligence Audits together with other team members in terms of technical visits, putting input and report writing etc. where necessary.Lead cross-functional teams at TPMs and within Affiliate.Responsible for the implementation of new projects on time and follow up the actions with the project owner.Required Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Life Sciences Pharmacy or Engineering etc.5+ years’ experience preferably in Pharmaceutical IndustryKnowledge and experience in good knowledge of project management and agreement processes, new project deals, technology transfer etc.Excellent program management, presentation, and oral and written communication skills.Strong strategy development and planning skills coupled with necessary knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.Team oriented, issue identification and strong problem analysis and solution development skills.Strong analytical thinking, highly developed problem-solving abilities, result oriented, negotiation and decision-making skills are essential.
