TPM Training & People Development | SMART TPM Skill Matrix:

Collaborate and support the Training & Development Supply Chain Europe Manager to onboard SC functions in the usage of the SMART TPM Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.Develop training material for SMART TPM Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.Create communication plan to enable the usage of SMART TPM Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform in the sites.Collaborate with pre-identified sites to implement the SMART TPM Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.Define a process to provide timely feedback to SMART TPM Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users.Coordinate and organize sessions with SMART TPM Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users to create a network of SMART TPM Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform Subject Matter Experts.Proactively propose process improvement ideas to enable a smooth implementation of the platform in different sites.Administrative actions related to the tool deployment.

Training & Development:

Process and analyse data with critical view to support training and development processes aimed at the contribution to Europe Supply Chain goals.Promote, coordinate and organize trainings for Europe Supply Chain teams.Track attendance, feedback surveys, follow up actions of the sessions. Contribute to the content development of the trainings – storytelling approach.Administrative actions related to Training & Development when needed.

Others:

Provide general support to other Europe Supply Chain Training & Development related programs including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, tracking, emailings, etc.
