TPRM Business Support

We have a brand new and exciting role available in our Glasgow office. This role will be part of our TPRM office.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the third-party end to end TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) processes are executed in line with the TPRM Policy and Control Frameworks. To ensure accurate data is input to TPRM assessments and reporting is maintained accurately.

In this role you will maintain and coordinate both the EMEA Procurement Triage and TPRM onboarding, ongoing monitoring and offboarding processes.

The role is responsible for supporting Business Owners and their representatives to input third party information accurately. Monitoring timely set up of information and ensuring accurate & timely TPRM MI and governance reporting

This is an area of increasing regulatory change with a strong focus on delivering good customer outcomes, developing a data centric culture, and ensuring operational resilience. There is a need to be proactive, keep up to date with Procurement and TPRM processes and system changes, to engage with all stakeholders communicating best practice effectively, identify improvements and for all reporting to be well managed, accurate and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

To support Business Owners and End Users to ensure they represent third parties accurately on our TPRM and Procurement systems for assessment purposes entering data accurately and provide information in a timely manner. To ensure onboarding, ongoing monitoring and offboarding processes are happening in a timely manner and aligning with processes, policy, and control framework To identify any potential problems and opportunities for continuous improvement. To assure the quality of the EMEA overall risk scores, DORA initial risk questionnaires, severity validation, due diligence completion & approvals and ongoing monitoring activity. To maintain the. D.O.R.A Cloud Register of Information and support any attestation process. Engaging with Key Stakeholders, Business Owners and their Representatives as required. Support the wider TPRM and Procurement team on other activities and initiatives as required.

Relevant experience in a similar TPRM/Procurement/outsourcing role

Strong problem solving and analytical skillsConsumer lines and P & C insurance in a technical and/or operational capacity, having worked in such capacity in an insurer/broker/cover-holderExcellent Customer Service skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders
