Summary:

Supports Team Resources and the data analytics team with routine/ongoing data analysis and smaller data analytics projects. Compile data used in compliance reporting and data uploads using large data sets from multiple sources with a focus on accuracy.Compiles Compliance Reporting (Ex. Affirmative Action, EEOC, Veterans, COVID, etc.), supports Joint Commission Readiness (Ex. Covid), compiles vaccination and laboratory data uploads, and support annual mandatory data reporting (Ex. Respirator Fit & TB Screening).

Minimum Qualifications:

High school or GED with 6 years of experience working with large data sets in a business environment or Associate degree in relevant field with 2 years of related experienceor bachelor's degree in relevant fieldPreferred: Completion of BayCare Internship. Intermediate Excel (complex formulas) skills, ability to work independently, and meet specific deadlines. Experience or education in data analytics and handling large data sets.
