Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to trade compliance policies and regulations across equity and fixed income portfolios.Monitor and maintain trade execution processes, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.Assist in implementing and reviewing regulatory requirements related to trade execution and investment activities.Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and other internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.Prepare reports on trade compliance activities and findings.Support audits and internal reviews related to trade compliance.Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and assess their impact on trading operations.Desired Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in trade compliance or related fields within asset management or financial services.Experience with trade compliance tools such as CRD (Charles River Development) and/or Aladdin is a plus, but not required.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing asset management and trading activities.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships across departments.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.What Our Client Offers:
