Trade Development Analyst - Moet Hennessy
**Overview** The Trade Development Specialist / Analyst is responsible for the management and sales communication of the trade development monthly business plan as determined by the business management team. To include: tracking of program execution, incentive tracking, POS management, sampling programs, large scale events, charity sponsorships, donations, and support other trade development activities as required. This role will also provide analytics support as needed and directed by the analytics team. **This is an in-office / hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office, requiring at leats two days per week in the office.** **Candidates with accounting, financial and pricing experience preferred. Functional understanding of Microsoft Excel / SAP / Hana DSS a plus!** **_Salary and Benefit Statement:_** Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. Compensation package: Range: $56,280-$70,350 This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. **Responsibilities** + Communication and Tracking + Incentives and Program Execution. + Coordinate training and communication for inside sales. + Contribute to Team Success by Assisting with: + Inventory management, forecasting and demand planning. + New item setup, discontinued items, and vintage rolls. + Product allocations. + Pricing communication. + Management allocation of resources at events to align with budgets and timeframes. Provide direction for contractors or agencies for event design and resource allocation. + Create and Manage Processes/Updates + Creates and compiles surveys. Acts as main point of contact during and after survey period. Ensures survey data is accurate, timely and formatted for easy consumption. + Provide monthly business updates for sales and Business Managers through ad hoc reporting. + Develops materials for supplier planning meetings including reports and presentations. Requires aggregating and reviewing marketing data, internal sales data split by category, channel, market, customer, and demographic trends. + Develops monthly sales communication regarding the channel business plan. Including applicable sell sheets. + Manage POS needs by working with Business Managers and suppliers to establish merchandising requirements for promotional activities. Coordinate all logistics and deliverables that pertain to promotional activity POS. + Partner with Brandmuscle or inhouse graphics department to ensures all printed promotional materials are completed accurately and timely. + In market role, participates in general sales meetings and one-on-one meetings with direct supervisor by preparing necessary recaps and gaining an understanding of company and supplier priorities. + Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience + Minimum of 2 years of experience in, including managing large scale events and promotions, finance, project management, operations, etc. + Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software + Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills + Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines + Analytic and Reporting skills + Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment **Physical Requirements:** + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone **Competencies:** + Accountable for results which impact the department. + Selects best option from a set of defined procedures/ solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations. _This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
