MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In charge of process/ execute daily operation including but not limieted to all types of trade finance transaction bellow as per procedures:

 Trade Finance Operation:

Trade Loan, supply chains, factoring, discountingGuarantee, SBLCImport L/C opening, amendment.Import Bill Receivable (BR).Import Bill Collection Receivable (BCR).Shipping guaranteeExport L/C & amendment advise, confirmation.Negotiation of Export Bill with L/C.Negotiation of Export Bill without L/C.Collection of Export Bill with L/C.Collection of Export Bill without L/C.Domestic LC discounting Non-Recourse.Vendor finance B/E discounting.

Others :

Prepare and issue balance certificate which related to TFOD transationsCollect charges balance certificate.Having the function of identifying, controlling and mitigating risks.Operate on core banking system relating Trade Finance Operation activities.Operate all kinds of SWIFT messages which relating to Trade Finance operations (including general telegraphic message).Preparation of related reports to the State Bank of Vietnam, the HO, the Management.

Other assistance and services as required by Department Head .

REQUIREMENT:

Sound/ Depth knowledge of Trade Finance operation and banking products in particular export, import, bill collection, trade loan, upply chains, factoring, Letter of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit and Guarantee, trade loan ..etc.In Good knowledge of Trade products as well as ICC requirements latest version (including UCP, ISBP, URR, URC, Incotern,....)/Good knowledge and dept understanding local regulation on guarantee, LC, discounting, factoring.Good understanding of international payment methods.Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.Be careful , have the team work spirit, have good communication and management skills, finish all the assigned tasks on or before deadline.Well-organized, logical thinking, Dynamic and competency for working under pressure.University graduate in relevant fields (banking, finance, foreign trade, economics.)Comply with company Code of conductStrong PC skills (MS Office) and Good EnglishMinimum of 12 years of Experience in Trade Finance operation in Banking industry.CDCS Certification would be preferred.
