Trade Implementations Vice President

As a Trade Implementations Vice President for 55ip within Asset Management Operations, you will be responsible for (a) implementing Separately Managed Account (SMA) trades for 55ip offerings, (b) ensuring the accuracy of investment data used within the portfolio implementation process, (c) delivering model portfolio trades to sponsoring intermediaries/custodians, and (d) working with internal partners to improve the scalability and efficiency of the business.  If you are intellectually curious, detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and have a passion for participating in the investment process, you may be the perfect fit for our team.  55ip became part of J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2021 and has dramatically grown its accounts and assets since then recently passing $40B in assets across more than 70,000 accounts

Job responsibilities:

Interacting with sales and advisor success team, partner firms and custodians regarding topics related to trading and market structure Monitor SMA's Daily to Model Portfolios based on various drift tolerances   Executing block orders and managing allocations to various counterparties including familiarity with step out procedures and trade rotations Developing trading strategies with the US Trading Team based on pre-trade data and post-trade metrics Maintaining broker relationships for block trading and liquidity sourcing Support trade oversight and experience with Best Execution policies and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelors or higher degree  5+ years of buyside SMA trading experience Knowledge of US market structure and regulatory landscape  Effective communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and drive decision making Ability to work under pressure and within a complex organization  Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong Excel skills Detail-oriented

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Process improvement and implementation experience Ability to manage concurrent assignments effectively and efficiently Experience working alongside portfolio managers, client success and technology teams Adaptable to changing environments
