Job Summary:


As a Transaction Processing Analyst within Custody Operations Settlements, you'll be responsible for the operational management and control of the daily workflow within Asset Servicing, as well as corporate action and income products. You will support securities trading for high-profile clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient functioning and risk mitigation. This role offers the opportunity to work with key personnel across our global corporate centers and gain valuable experience with various investment banking products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

Support trade processing platforms through the monitoring and resolution of complex issues. Interact daily with clients, internal stakeholders, counterparties, traders, custodian banks, and senior management. Identify trade discrepancies and mitigate risks related to the trade life cycle. Verify manual instructions and payments. Review activity of maker and reconcile & resolve Asset & Cash breaks independently. Validate and process fees and invoices. Take on challenging projects to promote process streamlining. Master the complexities of equity and fixed income products and gain a solid understanding of our business model and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Composed and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous issues and recommend creative solutions. Strong knowledge of financial markets and products. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation and efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting. Good interpersonal and team-building skills. Proficient with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred. VBA, AI Tool, and SQL knowledge is a plus.
