Job responsibilities

Investigate exceptions or breaks on the back of JPM books versus Agent banks. Collaborate with internal and external parties on asset positions and cash balance changes, and arrange for instructions to resolve exceptions. Work with other Utility teams to ensure complete tracking and reporting of breaks. Maintain and certify procedures, incorporate any changes, and collaborate with managers for review. Support managers on strategic initiatives to enhance the continuous improvement pillar. Actively participate with any ideas or suggestions in daily team huddles and review calls.
