Your role:
As Trade Marketing Coordinator, North Europe (NE), you will be responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing Director across the North Europe region for frames, lenses, and instruments for all channels of trade. You will be responsible for creating monthly presentations, consolidating regional reports, managing/supporting NE projects. You will support consolidation of promotions and events calendar across region and follow up with Heads of Trade Marketing in UKI, Nordics and Benelux You will work with Brand Managers and Sales Teams to set the right GTM marketing calendar to ensure that both sales force and trade are supported with the appropriate tools and selling mechanics to positively affect both business-to-business sales and increased consumer demand. You will be coordinating the requests from the corporate TM team and managing the consolidation within the region for them. You will work with Trade Marketing colleagues in for UKI, Nordics and Benelux to understand their needs and work on the possible solutions. You will support executing and evaluating marketing plans and campaigns with clients to maximize our mix, sell-out, brand awareness and conversion to value. You will ensure that trade marketing activities are in line with corporate guidelines, and you will work with regional teams accordingly. You will support keeping the marketing budget file UpToDate. You will be using tools like SAP, Trade up, Content Lab, Media Center etc to raise purchase orders, download visuals etc. You will be using PowerPoint and excel frequently. You will coordinate digitalization with Massive Digital Tools, Smart Shopper, Eyecast, Companion etc. Although you will work for NE you will have more focus will be UKI market since Head of TM UKI will be on maternity leave.
Main responsibilities:
Monthly reportings/presentations: Prepare the presentations for all Trade Marketing activities for monthly, quarterly meetings. Keep the calendars up to date with related teams. Project Management: Manage NE Trade Marketing projects like digitalization, acquisitions, customer journey Sales Events and Promotion Calendars: recommending calendar of activities relevant to our strategy; work closely with local and corporate teams to ensure that each launch/promotion is run in the smoothest possible way and avoid any miscommunications and problems at launch; and recommend co-op advertising when required; Evaluation: Providing accurate evaluation of all key activity with appropriate frequency, exploring commercial effectiveness, impact on brand objectives, and key learning/ next step recommendations. Communication: whether internally or externally, ensuring that clear, concise, and easy-to-understand information and data are used at all times; using open and action-orientated discussions, including store visits. Other Tasks and Responsibilities: assisting with the production behind marketing events, including trade trainings, trade conferences, promotional events; managing Trade Marketing promotions and materials for customers; managing point of sale allocation and distribution; coordinating brand and news up-date communications to customers; the production of brochures, leaflets and sales material; ensuring the relevant departments are involved; conducting review reports and bi-monthly competitor analysis presentations (field and online).
Main requirements:
You are educated to degree-level; Proficient in Microsoft packages; Strong previous trade marketing experience. Problem solving skills, analytical and organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Imaginative and entrepreneurial approach; Have demonstrable interest or experience in the luxury goods and eyewear markets; Excellent leadership and team working skills.
