Overview Drive sales growth by exploring and fulfilling region-out business opportunity from regional occasion consumption capture to regional KA customized activation and regional anti-competition planning. Responsibilities Explore regional consumer/shopper/retailer insights, develop insight-base regional out strategy for all categories. Build quarterly region out occasion plan with picture of success and activation calendar to drive insight to action landing. Design quarterly regional key retailer/O2O customization 4P activation plan to drive additional growth. Lead regional anti-competition planning and landing. Support regional BD & Group buy portfolio development and supply chain co-ordination to support deal fulfilling. Qualifications Minimum 8 years in trade marketing or product marketing in FMCG with rich NPD development experience. lStrong analytical, strategic and communication skills. lStrong learning agility Differentiating Competencies Required lResilience and ambition in pursue of success with high self-motivation lAgility in working in a matrix organization with close BU/Division communication and cross function co-operation
