Trade Marketing Representative
Position: In this role, you will focus on field operations, aiming to enhance consumer engagement with JTI products through effective in-store activities. You will apply Trade Marketing Programs to meet targets in volume, distribution, and product availability.
Responsibilities:
Determine visit frequency and arrange calls using sales data. Complete outlet activities, schedule impactful visits, and record results. Use local insights to enhance Cycle Plans, monitor competitors, and present sales info. Advise on tobacco category management and leverage business insights. Arrange short-term sales agreements, ensure planogram compliance, and autonomously negotiate trade contracts for JTI's benefit. Use advanced selling techniques to align product benefits with customer needs, handle objections, and secure commitments. Ensure accurate prices and SKU listings. Manage stock placement, educate store staff on availability importance, and facilitate retailer orders while coordinating logistics when needed.
Within 6 months you will:
Plan efficient routes to increase territory objectives and optimize operations using data analysis. Tailor proposals to meet retailer needs and ensure JTI’s success with a 'Double Win' approach.
Requirements:
+2 years of experience in FMCG sales. Proficient in MS Office and good digital literacy. Commercial competence and market understanding. Strong communication and selling skills. Experience with trade marketing systems, reporting, and data analysis. Good command of English. Knowledge of Croatian is a must. A university degree or equivalent experience.
