Overview The change scope of this role is to better catch channel transformation trend of being more diversified and segmented and deliver business incremental by dedicated regional channel plan cascading, tracking and evaluation Responsibilities Support BU perfect store guidance and investment plan cascading and landing Translate Quarterly BU perfect store playbook plan into MU landing plan and cascade to field sales teams. Responsible for division perfect store execution gap analysis and solution providing covering both MT and IDT Responsible for division perfect store investment planning and cascading and landing, such as 1M1S, 万货批. Provide POSM solution for instore perfect store landing beyond BU solutions. Support LZH installation and smooth usage in Division Ensure LZH playbook communication and landing in field Drive LZH application rate and active rate in division Support MU initiated perfect store solution Explore regional perfect store insight; Develop regional based perfect store solution. Qualifications lUniversity graduate or above, major in Marketing is a plus l3-4 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, FMCG experience preferred lUnderstand business and frontline operations lCapable of working under pressure lOwnership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration lMotivation to learn about emerging trends and business model.
