Job Description

Position Summary:

Collaborating with others to review the import and export chemical product database in order to meet Customs and CIQ requirements. Additionally, working on determining CoO and developing an FTA program to generate savings for our customers.

Essential Functions

Resolve country harmonized tariff codes & restrictions to import & export merchandise and especially focus on chemical products and maintain classification data in SAP and GTC Strategic Solution.Provide technical support in case any customs dispute on importation declaration.Provide guidance on Country of Origin determinationSpecialist for free trade agreements and Trade analysis focusing on preferential tariff programsIdentify potential preferential trade agreement opportunity and implement.Collaborate and collect data required to conduct Free Trade Agreement feasibility study.Responsible for developing and implementing Free Trade Agreement training: manuals, SOP’s and work instructions to comply with trade requirementsAudit existing FTA programCustoms Compliance Manual- Document established processes and procedures for Import and Export operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor and above degree in international trade or logistics background.Working experience in the field of CoO & FTA will be a plusStrong written and oral communication for both English and ChineseProficient with ERP system such as SAP, MS Office, AccessRequired 3 -5 year experience in international and local regulatory framework for Importing / exporting Familiar with FTA regulation and programWork hard and willing to receive the challenge jobSelf-motivation and devotionAttention to detail
