Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. As a Trade/Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer data, handling cash activities, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be expected to process customer checks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Handle cash transactions and activities accurately • Manage and update customer credit records • Process customer credit applications in a precise and efficient manner • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries • Use CRM to manage customer relationships • Carry out computer research as and when required • Adhere to the AML - Anti Money Laundering guidelines • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting • Understand and assist in buying processes. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Financial Services industry • Must be proficient in excel • Proven skills in CRM systems • Demonstrated proficiency in data processing • Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner • Understanding of buying processes within the financial sector • Ability to handle cash activity accurately and responsibly • Proficiency in cash handling procedures • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with AML (Anti Money Laundering) principles and regulations • Proven ability to conduct thorough computer research.
