Lifeway is seeking a Trade Sales Coordinator who will assist in the management of sales, sales calls, and servicing key accounts as assigned in conjunction with sales leaders. They will support Sales Managers by working with all other division components to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals for section/department. This position greatly influences sales and the work directly contributes to our ability to reach established goals.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

 

Responsibilities Provide overarching administrative and tactical sales support for the Trade Sales accounts, which includes the CBA, ABA, Mass Market, Specialty, and Digital sales channelsProvide sales managers with daily supportWorks in and assists with FLEX, TIPS, Edelweiss, title cards, and Power Point presentationsAssists with the catalog development process, market research as it pertain to new releases, development of comp data, collecting mock-up’s, galleysCoordinates acquisition and shipping of selling samples for presentationsEngages in customer contact and follow up from sales presentations, scheduling of account meetings, and meeting additional customers’ daily needsActs as point person for tracking promotions, expenses, and shipments to accountsAdministrative duties, including the processing of monthly expense reports, ordering and maintaining suppliesProvides travel assistance, printing and preparing documents for sales repsMinimal travel required, occasionally overnight  Qualifications

Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, required

Minimum of 5 years experience in business, office administration, and/or SalesProficient in Excel, Word, Power PointAbility to handle confidential materials/mattersDemonstrates excellent ability to function in a fast-paced environmentStrong written & verbal communication skillsHighly motivatedAdvanced work flow/coordination skillsHighly proficient in multi-tasking effectively and efficientlyOversees projects through completion

Actively engaged in an evangelical Christian church

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, preferred
