ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Contribute to the implementation and initial deployment of SalesForce Data CloudProvide data-driven support to the B2B Engagement Team by analyzing trade data, tracking performance metrics, and generating insights to support strategic decision-makingAssist in developing data visualization and reporting tools for tracking product launches and market performanceSupport the back-office team in transforming raw data into meaningful business intelligence

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Support the technical team in preparing data migration and integration for SalesForce Data CloudParticipate in SalesForce Data Cloud onboarding and initial configuration processesAssist in data quality assessment and cleaning processes for several SalesForce Clouds deploymentCollect, clean, and analyze trade data from various sources to support business strategyDevelop and maintain databases of trade-related informationCreate comprehensive reports and dashboards using data analysis toolsCollaborate with Field Force Team to track and analyze categories and products performance through statistical analysisCollaborate with Marketing and Field Representatives to ensure accurate data interpretationAssist in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities in trade data

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree in:Data AnalyticsBusiness AnalyticsMarketing AnalyticsStatisticsEconomicsBusiness Intelligence · Technical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis software (Python, R, or SQL)Advanced Excel skillsData visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)Statistical analysis capabilitiesBasic understanding of CRM and data cloud platforms · SalesForce-Related Skills:Familiarity with cloud-based data platformsUnderstanding of data integration principlesBasic knowledge of data migration techniques Language Proficiency:Fluent in French and/or German with good command in the other languageVery good level of English is required” Excellent written and verbal communication · Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with high accuracyIndependent and solution-oriented approachEager to learn and take on challengesProactive and highly motivatedStrong project management skills
