Trade Show Logistical Support   Job Overview: The Trade Show Logistical Support team executes and manages the design plan for trade shows and other events, handles partner loan agreements, oversees production of booth signage, coordinates rentals and shipping for events and determines all target dates.   Essential Responsibilities: + Collaborate with Event team to create plans for upcoming events and enforce target dates in the plan + Create design for booths at trade shows + Coordinate loan agreements and signage and obtain necessary approvals + Work with shipping companies for best/cost-effective movement of display items + Arrange internet requirements and laptop support for events + Act as point of contact for event staff when they are on the road + Basic working knowledge of video & audio signal routing and tools   Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: + Strong business relationship skills + Understanding of partner needs and how they may conflict or serve B&H needs/guidelines + Strong organizational skills + Strong problem-solving skills + Meticulously detailed + Excel Proficient + Canva and/or Photoshop Proficient   Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses: + Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with trade show presentations + Valid Driver’s License + Work with exhibit contractors and unions We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
