Trade Show Specialist
What We Need: We seek an uber-organized Trade Show Specialist to manage and execute trade shows and events for our multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event planning, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams. The Trade Show Specialist will be part of the Marketing team and report to the head of Marketing. What You'll Be Doing: + Event Planning and Execution: + Develop and manage comprehensive event plans for trade shows and industry events. + Coordinate all logistical aspects, including booth design, setup, and teardown. + Ensure brand consistency and quality in all event materials and presentations. + Vendor Management: + Source and manage relationships with vendors and contractors. + Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services and materials. + Marketing and Promotion: + Collaborate with brand managers to develop pre-show and post-show marketing strategies. + Budget Management: + Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. + Track expenses and provide regular financial reports. + Stakeholder Coordination: + Work with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align event goals and objectives. + Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related activities. + Schedule planning, pre-show and post-show meetings to ensure alignment. + Data Collection and Analysis: + Gather and analyze event metrics to measure success and ROI. + Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for future improvements. #LI-EA1 What You Will Need To Be Successful: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or trade show management + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to travel to 6-8 events per year Desired Qualifications + BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field + Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies About Us: Who we are:For more than twenty years, Code Corp has been a pioneer in barcode scanning technology in the manufacturing and healthcare industries.
