Essential Duties + Understanding of construction drawings + Maintain stock and supplies of building materials + Verify work completed by contactors + Troubleshooting and problem solving skills + Painting + Door and lock repairs + Assist with cleaning and moving equipment + Knowledge of basic construction principles + Knowledge of Programs: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word to maintain records + Operate various vehicle services on county trucks and vans + Utilize power tools for various projects + Assembling of various items Other Job Requirements/Information This job is a safety sensitive position that will require a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug and alcohol testing. This job requires a public safety background check to include motor vehicle histories, criminal histories, and finger printing. Grade The grade for this position is B21(3).
