As a member of the elite TraDet Field Instructor Team, this team member will play a key role in developing our leaders and subject matter experts at Crash Champions. This Operations-based training detachment will work directly with identified Operations team
members to enhance and verify competencies that will boost workplace performance and bottom-line revenue.
**Responsibilities**
+ Training Delivery & Support: Deliver rapid-response training tailored to the specific needs of your assigned markets, with travel requirements determined by regional needs and priorities.
+ Structured Learning Experiences: Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions by:
+ Leveraging reporting tools, supervisor feedback, and direct observation (both virtual andin-person) to conduct in-depth Friday Deep Dives. Use these insights to identify, prioritize, andaddress individual and small group training gaps.
+ Operational Support: Provide ongoing assistance to operations team members across multiplechannels, including phone, email (Outlook), Teams, and the Ivanti Support Portal.
+ Collaboration with Leadership: Regularly engage with your assigned VP to align on keypriorities, including:
+ Determining the appropriate training format (virtual or in-field).
+ Scheduling, organizing, and tailoring training content modules for delivery.
+ Performance Tracking & Metrics: Track and organize performance data for each Field Operations Specialist (FOS) role. Utilize tools like PowerBI, Operation Meetings to automate visibility intocompetency improvements or identify deficiencies, ensuring that training is both effective and targeted.
+ Training Program Design: Partner with Operational Leadership to design and execute structured, role-specific training programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
+ Support Company Initiatives: Contribute to the successful execution of company- wide initiatives, following strategic direction from Senior Leadership.
+ Targeted Training Delivery: Provide training to a variety of team members, including new hires,acquisitions, recently promoted individuals, and team members at all role levels, up to and including District Operations (DO).
**Qualifications**
+ Collision Estimating Experience: Proficiency in writing collision estimates usingCCC and/or Mitchell Cloud systems is required.
+ Travel Availability: Ability to travel up to 50% of the month to visit repair stores within your assigned markets.
+ Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences effectively.
+ Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Teams) and experience using business intelligence tools like PowerBI.
+ Adaptability & Learning Agility: Strong ability to learn new concepts and toolsquickly and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced setting, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure.
