As a technology intern, you won’t just be along for the ride. You’ll work with our technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience that you can actually use. Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Along the way, you’ll have guidance from people at all levels of the organization so you can start to build a long-lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects. 

You’ll be joining the Data Product Engineering team, where you will collaborate with a talented group of Machine Learning engineers to drive innovation and excellence. Our team leverages a cutting-edge tech stack, primarily focused on Python and SQL, to implement sophisticated statistical analyses. In this role, you won't just be coding—you'll be a critical bridge between engineering and the business side, regularly interacting with Product Managers, our primary stakeholders. Your insights and contributions will be essential in calibrating and enhancing our data products, ensuring they deliver maximum value. If you're passionate about data and eager to make a tangible impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.

Internship Requirements

In your final or penultimate year of an undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field at time of application. Strong ability to analyze data and conduct research that translates into actionable, production-ready solutions A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies is essential Driven to generate innovative ideas for product improvement Ability to take ownership of his/her work, working both independently and within a small team Detail-oriented coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills Strong communication skills  Ability to work 9 weeks on-site in Tradeweb’s offices from 30th June to 29th August
