Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Trading Operations Representative** **in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX!** Pay rate: $22.12/hr - $23.44/hr (Dependent on location) Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p or 9a-6p **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload your resume.** Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Managed Account Trading Operations Representative is responsible for trading support functions associated with Fixed Income products either executed internally by the trading desk or externally and requiring stepping into the trade + Tasks include focus on client allocation and trade booking along with non-market related corrections + The team receives inbound email request from internal trading desk, business partners as well as various 3rd Party Investment Managers + Processing requests require proper vetting and are processed in a strict control environment requiring quality assurance + Additionally, the role support research and exception resolution along with focus on statistical reporting Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED + Bachelors degree preferred Experience requirements: + Prior financial services experience required + Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite + Exhibit strong communication skills + Proactive + Strong organizational skills + Series 7 preferred + Trading experience preferred Note: **This role is onsite, must reside in/near Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX!** **Pay Details:** $22.12 to $23.44 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
