Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Trading Operations Specialist in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The role will involve various tasks related to trade operations within the industry. The successful candidate will be involved in placing trades, recording trade confirmation details, and inputting data into the investment appraisal system. This role also requires participation in all areas of operations and a team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: • Execute trades as identified by Portfolio Managers • Record trade confirmation details with high precision • Input trade data into the investment appraisal system accurately • Participate in all operational areas, demonstrating adaptability and versatility • Collaborate with team members for smooth functioning of operations • Leverage administrative skills to perform tasks beyond general responsibilities • Use Microsoft Excel and other tools for data entry and other tasks • Contribute to maintaining a team-oriented work environment • Assist in tasks as needed, showcasing a willingness and cheerful attitude. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as a Trading Operations Specialist • Proficiency in data entry with keen attention to detail • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel • Strong administrative skills, including organization, multitasking and time management • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong understanding of trading operations and processes • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to handle complex data • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently • High degree of detail oriented integrity and strong ethical values.
