Job Summary
As a Trading Services Analyst within our Middle Office team in Corporate and Investment Banking Operations, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering sales and trading activities across the globe. Your duties will encompass maintaining daily controls, augmenting process efficiencies, and providing exceptional operational processing support to a variety of global businesses. This role is fundamental to our operations, offering support to both external and internal businesses with a focus on reconciliation and control to ensure smooth global sales and trading activities. Our primary objective is to sustain and enhance daily controls and processes.
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily checks across regions for Rates/Fx/Fxo.Investigate exceptions and liaise with multiple teams.Conduct root cause analyses on new issues.Escalate urgent issues for assistance.Oversee data gathering, analyze, and report MIS.Produce time-sensitive daily reports for break resolutions.Provide daily business control metrics to management.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.Build strong relationships with global teams.Participate in projects for process improvements.Complete all controls and checks by End of Day.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
