Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges across industries like technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, etc.Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologiesEngage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting.Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelinesChampion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.

Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience, with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex engagementsProven track record in add required work experienceDemonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demandsExcellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutionsExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teamsAdapt at relationship building and client management across various levels.Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respectFluent written and oral language skills in German and English (C1 level)
