We need a Traffic and Operations Specialist to handle air, sea, and overland shipments in a freight forwarder company.

Job Description:

Correspond with agents, and customers and cooperate with sales experts.Handle customer inquiries and quotations.Update sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status.Prepare necessary or requested reports for management.Manage and monitor export and import procedures and all related matters.

Requirements:

At least five years of experience working in related fields.Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.Fluent in OTMS and EPL.Excellent teamwork skills.Patient, punctual, focused, and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure.Fluent in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.Attention to detail.Able to make timely decisions in a complex environment.Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
