Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES
· Set up safe work zones with proper equipment.
· Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe.
· Control traffic flow.
· Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
· Receive continuous development and guidance.
· Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices.
· Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities.
· Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.
· Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
· Communicating with your crew to keep everyone safe.
· Controlling traffic flow
· Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
· Receiving continuous development and guidance
· Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Over 21 Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator· 2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate (Preffered)· TMA Driver· Familiarity with a client-based schedule· Valid state driver's license· Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots· Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day· Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.· Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic.· Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.Additional InformationMinimum requirements:
Valid AZ Driver’s License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelinesMust be able to read and write EnglishGood Communication skills.1 year Construction experience preferredCompetitive Pay Range- $18.00- $ 18.25 Hourly pay based pay based on experience.
