Job DescriptionFlagger
Maintain a Flagger Station by standing and controlling road users using hand signals with a STOP/SLOW PaddleMay drive company vehicles to transport equipment, trailers, and team members to and from work sites safely and in a timely manner. May also pull lightweight trailered equipment. Effective radio communication with team members on work siteCommunicate with your crew to keep everyone safe. Control traffic flow.Providing outstanding service and protection to customers. Receive continuous development and guidance.Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices.Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities. Follow all company safety procedures and practices.Achieve organizational required training within timeframe established by Project Manager or Facility ManagerNotify Supervisor of any potential safety issues or incidentsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator1+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA CertificateFamiliarity with a client-based schedule Valid state driver's license Safety shoes steel toed or composite toed bootsComfortable standing 8-12 hours a day Ability to lift 50-60 lbs. Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.Additional InformationMinimum requirements:
Valid AZ Driver’s License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelinesMust be able to read and write EnglishGood Communication skills.
Competitive Pay Range- $17.00 - $17.75 Hourly pay based pay based on experience
