Job Title: Traffic Flagger
Location: Reading or Allentown, PA
1st Shift: Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Can work up to 12 hour days)
Pay: $16 an hour to start ($1 raise at 90 days and $1-$2 raise at 1 year mark)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Flagger's responsibilities include informing motorists of possible detour routes, reporting disobedient drivers to law enforcement officials, answering motorists’ questions, and keeping all members of our construction crews safeUse hand signals and direction signs to direct traffic around road construction sitesCommunicate with other flaggers using hand-held radios to direct two-way traffic onto a single laneInform the construction crew of any traffic issues that may affect their safetyAppropriately position warning and detour signs around construction sitesSet up barricades and traffic cones along construction sitesRemove all signs, barricades, and traffic cones upon completion of construction workRecord the license plate numbers of motorists who neglect to obey traffic signs and directionsComplete daily paperwork detailing hours worked, location and materials usedPerform weekly inventory on flagging and safety equipmentQUALIFICATIONS

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
