Anvil offers generous benefits such as: + Medical coverage + Flexible paid time off + Parental/ Family leave + Cell phone/ Cell phone reimbursement Traffic Control Supervisor Position Qualifications: + Certified Traffic Control Supervisor with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in traffic management and road safety. + In-depth knowledge of traffic control plans, regulations, and industry best practices. + Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and supervising teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments. + Clean Driving Record with a strong commitment to safety and responsibility. + Bilingual    Fluent in English & Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse work crews, clients, and the general public. + ATSSA Certified (American Traffic Safety Services Association) or equivalent certification.
