Description Our client, an innovative and fast-paced real estate marketing agency, is seeking a highly skilled Traffic Coordinator to join their dynamic team in a contract to hire capacity. Job Overview: As the Traffic Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth project workflows by managing schedules, deadlines, and tasks for creative and account teams. Simultaneously, you'll provide high-level administrative support to the company President, including calendar management, correspondence, and preparation of presentations. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for organization, excellent multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: + Coordinate and communicate with account executives, creative teams, vendors, and media personnel to manage project schedules and material fulfillment. + Organize detailed timelines and set deadlines for agency and client projects. + Track work-in-process jobs, including due dates and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines. + Monitor project workflows, reassign tasks, and adjust deadlines as necessary to optimize team output. + Facilitate communication and resource allocation to ensure the success of ongoing projects. + Serve as the primary administrative support to the President, handling calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Requirements • Applicant must possess strong skills in Project Management for marketing or creative teams, demonstrating experience in planning, execution, and overseeing various projects. • Experience in Traffic Coordination is required, with a proven track record in managing workflows, ensuring efficient operations, and resolving traffic-related issues. • Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with various departments and stakeholders. • Proficient in traffic management software and tools, demonstrating the ability to adapt to new technologies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. • Problem-solving skills are required for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. • Attention to detail is crucial for monitoring traffic, identifying potential issues, and ensuring efficient operations. • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
