Marketing Traffic Coordinator – At Home
The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution and implementation of assigned projects and initiatives, in support of the Operations project management team.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Successfully manage day-to-day schedules, daily and weekly timelines and creative review calendars for assigned projects
• Initiate and assign projects in project management tool and ensure all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate
• Communicates project timing and next steps to stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence
• Uploads creative assets into project management tool in preparation of creative reviews
• Manages smaller quick-turn projects, as assigned
• Support project manager(s) on assigned projects
• Track and route in-flight projects from kick-off through final delivery of assets
• Coordinates with the studio and production team to ensure timely flow of creative images/assets
• Collaborate with creative team throughout the content creation cycle
• Collaborates with external creative partners, vendor, agencies, etc., as needed
CORE COMPETENCIES & ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with Project Management best practices
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical and communications skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint. Project Management software (ideally Workfront) and Adobe CC experience a strong plus.
• Agency or in-house creative team experience preferred
• Adaptability, passion, and solution-oriented mindset required
