Job Title: Traffic Engineer

Job Description

Currently looking for a Traffic Engineer to assist Civil Engineers and Project Managers with the preparation of transportation plans, traffic engineering analysis, and transportation studies. Specific duties will include the following:

Prepare specifications and plans for roadway improvement projectsConducting technical analysisTraffic Calming studiesTraffic Calming designPreparing technical reportsPreparing transportation-related plans and graphicsCollecting field data, traffic counts, and other researchPreparing quantities and construction cost estimatesTraveling to job sites for site visits, data collection, and meetings, as requiredProviding technical support for meetingsOther duties as directed by Tenured staffHard SkillsBS in Civil Engineering3-10 years’ experience in traffic engineeringEIT preferredMicroStation and AutoCAD experience desirableJob Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in CORAOPOLIS, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Work Environment

The position requires working a week at the office and traveling to job sites as needed.
