Job Description Insight Global is seeking a City Traffic Engineer to oversee planning and design of traffic engineering improvements and installation and maintenance of traffic signals and control devices, and lead planning for all bicycle and pedestrian improvements. The traffic engineer reports to the City Engineer. Primarily and most frequently the work done here is performed as team leader with a defined functional area and more expertise and strategic focus. They will be responsible for communicating regularly with stake holders and members of the public and must be comfortable and equipped to do so.
