Red Peak Technical Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opening for Traffic Management Coordinators in the Lorton, VA area.  The Traffic Management Coordinator supports the contract by coordinating equipment packing, handling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and managing logistics with agencies. It also includes monitoring shipments, post-clearance, and delivering materials to local offices.

Coordinate packing and crating of equipment. Use forklift trucks to deliver and retrieve material from bulk packing area. Coordinate shipments with DoS elements and other agencies. Consolidating- shipments with other agencies, if possible. Prepare labels, manifests, Government Bills of Lading (GBLs), Air Waybills and tags for overseas shipments. Coordinate post clearance, if necessary. Monitor shipments in transit and notify posts of impending shipments. Deliver/escort material to local offices. Other duties as assigned.

Payrate: $29.22 Hourly
