**Job Title: Trailer Mechanic/Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Trailer Mechanic/Welder to join our team. This role involves performing various repairs on different trailers daily, and occasionally handling other mechanic-type work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with welding and not afraid to get their hands dirty. Recent tech graduates are encouraged to apply. **Responsibilities** + Perform brake jobs + Repair/replace doors + Repair/replace interior and exterior side walls + Repair/replace roofs + Repair/replace marker and brake lights + Fix dolly leg issues + Floor patches + Fix air compressor **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as a trailer mechanic + 10+ years of experience working with hand tools and power tools + 5+ years of blueprint reading **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in welding + Mechanical repair skills + Ability to use various tools **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental coverage with the company paying 75%. The environment is relatively dirty, so candidates should be comfortable getting their hands dirty.
