Job Title: Trailer Technician
Job Description

The Trailer Technician will assist in the construction and repair of mobile office trailers. This role includes responsibilities such as installing furniture, electrical components, basic patching, and painting, with a primary focus on trailer repair. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction, including light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and using hand and power tools.

Work Environment

Mainly working outside, with hot conditions in the summer and cold conditions in the winter. The environment is fast-paced, working on multiple big projects for 30-60 days. Typical hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with winter hours starting at 7:00 am and summer hours starting at 6:00 am. The workday consists of 8 hours, with no overtime expected, but flexibility is required. 6-inch steel toe, lace-up boots, and jeans are mandatory attire.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
